Fact: This DIVI-DIVI tree by Eagle beach as it is popularly called, is a Fofoti tree species. Locally any tree that grows in one direction with the wind is referred to as a “divi divi” more as for the typical shape they take rather than the species they belong to. Other varieties to grow like that are the Watapana and Kwihi.
